competitive program within the club; initiated a coaches
education program and established minimum education requirements
for coaches; established a boys program within the club;
created the Play with the Pros Program, started the Founders
Day picnic social, created the Field of Dreams Fundraiser
for the continued development of fields, established an
elite partnership with the Chicago Fire for the education
and development of the youth coaches and players; created
a college prep program for high school age players.
