OBSC BRINGS HOME 2 NIKE CUP CHAMPIONS!

The OBSC U11 girls (Inferno) continued their winning streak by defeating the Windy City Pride 9-2, West Chicago United 3-0 and tying one of the best clubs in the are The Lake Forest Scouts 1-1. Tying Lake Forest was enough to advance to the finals where the girls played the Kaneland Knights for the Championship of the Nike Cup. The Inferno overwhelmed their opponent and defeated the Knights 6-0 in the final game to take home their first Nike Cup. The Inferno are currently 4 wins and no losses in the IWSL ABN division.. Congratulations to the U11 Inferno!

The OBSC U14 girls (Titans) brought home their first Championship under the New Oak Brook Soccer Club by outscoring their opponents 18-0 in the Nike Cup. The road to the Championship game was unchallenged as the OBSC U14 girls defeated the Sockers 6-0, Crystal Lake 5-0 and Darien 6-0. The Championship game the girls played one of the best soccer clubs in the Midwest the St. Louis Gallagher Soccer U14 girls. St. Louis Gallagher plays in the highly competitive Midwest Regional League but the OBSC girl were up for the challenge. Early in the second half the girls went up 1-0 and battled to take home their first Nike Cup. The OBSC U14 Titans are currently 2 wins and 2 ties in the most competitive Championship Division in the IWSL. The Titans will travel to St. Louis Halloween weekend where they will compete in the Metro United College Showcase, we wish them luck. Congratulations to the U14 Girls!
