Playing
Club experience
- Began playing in 1995,(4th grade, U11)
played with the Wheaton Wings the next year
- Played Wheaton Wings until the fall of
Freshman year of high school
- Played with Kopion FC for one year until
coaches decided to form an all-girls club…
- One of the founding members of Lealta
FC, intimately involved in naming the club (it means loyalty
in Italian) and picking out the first uniforms
- Lealta FC is a small club out of Wheaton/West
Chicago; very successful alumni: Kristen Eggert, Hailey
Partain, Lauren Lindner, Erin Hodina of Wheaton College;
Sammi Kufta of Loyola University; Jessica Stephen of North
Central College
- Played with Lealta for the remainder
of high school
- Also played Futsal (Brazilian 4v4 soccer)
and went to nationals 2002- 2006, winning nationals in 2002
and 2005, and placing in the top three every other year
- Participated in ODP from 2000-2002, choosing
to quit in order to attend futsal nationals
- In college, played summer 2005 with Cosmos
FC, summers 2006, 2007, and again this summer for FCTwente3
(formerly Barrington) of the WPSL.
- FCTwente3 has players from NIU, Loras,
Colorado College, Loyola University, and Lousiville; the
team plays in the
High School experience
- Played 4 years on Varsity for Benet Academy,
team went to the Elite 8 in 2003
- Played all positions: Forward, Outside
Mid, Center Mid, and Sweeper; played Sweeper for majority
of games
- Ended career with 52 goals and 21 assists

o Served as chaperone, coach, and player (girls team played
women’s open division)
o Won 1st place in Italy tournament, 3rd place in Spain
tournament
o Played teams from Sweden, Norway, France, Spain, Denmark,
Belgium, and California
- Benet summer league coach for Frosh/Soph
and Varsity, 2007
- Coached and helped organize for Naperville
TOPS soccer, 2003-2004; worked with children with disabilities
such as autism, downs syndrome, cerebral palsy, etc.
